    my hands feel so much better post surgery, I have decided to attempt (once AGAIN) to learn the piano this summer.

      but how hard can it be to pick up a xylophone? I think it would be cool, and fun. drummers are cool. very cool.

      I can play classical brass instruments. Actually played in the US Naval band. My audition consisted of the "CBS Sunday Morning News" theme. (it is played by Doc Severson now).I love the sound of the brass instruments. I got obsessed with learning them all. :) Then in my twenties I developed TMJ and there went my brass playing. Oh Bother... But I've always wanted to learn how to play an oboe. You have me thinking.....why not? :)
