I had my surgery 6 months ago and I've only lost 30lbs...I've been stalled this will be the 9th week and I don't know what to do to break this stall. I follow all the guidelines with eating and drinking. I've increased my calories and lowered my calories and increased them again. AND NOTHING! I'm so discouraged and upset. @@thinnerS no wasn't dehydrated. The key is to keep your Water next to you and sip sip sip all day. Don't be nervous about the surgery it's not bad at all with the right surgeon. I was very nervous myself and pleasantly surprised that I was pain free. You'll do great and you'll love your sleeve! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
