I can't fit on some of the rides my daughter really wants me to go on with her. Also i don't have the energy to keep up with her. I divorced a man who didn't support me and made me feel like crap and now am getting married to a man who loves and supports me in all aspects and I want to be around with him for a long time. I have never had a primary Doctor I hate going to them a thankfully I'm very healthy besides being very overweight. I found the surgeon I wanted and they actually referred me to a primary in the area that they work with and of course is WLS friendly to help me with my insurance hoops! I guess my biggest fear and my initial want to go with the lap band was fear of complications and issues arising with it. Once I get down to my goal weight and I'm healthier I would like to try to get pregnant and just worry about what type of affects my weight-loss surgery can have on possible future pregnancies. Gosh everyone! Thanks for the responses so far. My BMI is over 40 so I really obviously want this to work and am terrified of surgery so this is a one time type thing for me after years of trying other measures!
