    Try the cottage cheese test if your worried you stretched it'll tell you how much you can hold. Then their the pouch reset.     Iron constipation!

    Water or other liquids. broth,Soups,Jello,popsicles, green tea ..."at least 64 oz" Last resort get dulcolax or whatever works for you. But get that water in you or you'll have setbacks. That constipation ,at the end feels like your giving birth haha Sent from my XT907 using the BariatricPal App
  4. Try sugar free popsicles, Jello. They count towards liquid intake. Soup, broth, sugar free pudding even adds towards liquid intake. Week out you should be have those anyway Sent from my XT907 using the BariatricPal App

    Coffee and protein?
