I'm just short of three months post op. My hot dog fix is a low fat pooch (45 cals) and some low fat turkey chili (another 50 cals) with a sprinkling of cheese on top. Not quite the same but I'm trying to keep the carbs low. -
I'm a hard core Topo Chico fizzy mineral Water addict. I'm going to try it in about 3 months when I'm 6 months post op. It's water, for Pete's sake.

Coming from 336 lbs. and a size 28 dress/32 pants - the biggest end of most plus size shops, I'll just be glad to be back in the misses department and not have to shop in the women's department anymore. I'm not quite 3 months out from surgery and can't see the end of the road yet. Hell, I can't see around the bend yet. -

I was 61 when I had my sleeve done on 3/11/16. Down 50 lbs. -
If you sew and have a sewing machine, make two vertical slits in the back of your pants waistband centered and about eight inches apart. Put a piece of elastic through it and then sew it into place, making sure you close the slits fully.
