Hello Skinny06, I'm schedule for surgery tomorrow 2/23/16, and scared as helk. I'm not scared about the surgery, I'm more scared about that it will not work, as I'm in full blown menopause. Since 2012, I've gained 83 pounds, I've tried everything, I'm currently weighting 235. I just hope this surgery helps. I'll checkin with you by Wednesday or Thursday and let you know how everything went. My pre-op liquid diet was not bad, If you drink the Protein shake, for me I had about 59 grams per day, so my energy level was good, did not feel bad at all. I was advised to stop drinking all liquid by 11:30 tonight, so make sure you get your protein and drink your last Water as per your doctor instruction and you should be fine. Let's keep in touch.
