I use the nature valley dark chocolate and almond.. I tried fruits.. I used to eat watermelon everyday before surgery and it's just different to me now.. I'll keep trying but I mainly just eat the good stuff I love lol.. I'm a seafood freak Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

I am 7 weeks post op also.. And I was cleared to try new things at week 5.. I really enjoy lunch meat and cheeses.. Shrimp is my obsession, which has a ton of Protein.. Protein Bars..
