Maybe I won't grouse about my 6 months of Options classes anymore. They have pounded into our brains ad nauseum regarding "no popcorn, no seeds, no blah blah blah, no yadda yadda yadda!" Been thinking it's been overkill but if you've only seemed to receive a list of approved foods, and not much else? Then I'll try to appreciate my boring classes a whole lot more! The early phases are all about texture. Don't you have a list of approved foods for your post-op phases?
