Random gas tip for the holistic crew
candaloosa posted a topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Just wanted to let those interested know, I used my mid Om tuning forks while at the hospital and post op on my belly.. I didn't experience ANY gas pain, and it seemed to settle things well. I also used them to help move move things along for my first bm post op on my belly, and had no problems. And it's also very soothing, hope it helps!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
Hey guys I'm 8 days post op. And since yesterday I have been getting acne/rash bumps on my face that have been progressively getting worst. My surgeon said that it was possibly hormones but it didn't seem like she had heard any complaints prior to me. Anyone else had/heard of this? Detox maybe? March Surgery!
candaloosa replied to nearperfectmess's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am on day 4 post op and feeling great! (March 2nd).. I'm technically also on day 15 of the liquid (pre/post op diet) surgery went great and was only in the hospital for a total day and a half.. I've had no nausea or vomiting at all, and have been setting a timer for 30 min after my last sip of Water to prepare for Protein shakes, and then i set a 30 min timer to drink my protein (so it can absorb) and then 30 min timer once done with shake to resume water intake.... I honestly feel like I'm ding so well because I've been using YL essential oils and tuning forks to help get the body in healing mode... Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

I havent cheated once... (This is huge for me)... Currently weigh 355 lbs 6'0" tall... Im so excited!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
