  1. I, too, hate exercise. I despise gyms! I do like to walk when it's nicer weather out. (too cold right now). I have a stationary bike in my bedroom. I do 4 miles 5-6 times a week, but that's all the exercise I get, until it gets nicer outside. My knees need to be replaced, which was one of the reasons I got this surgery. The bone dr. told me he would only replace my knees if I lose weight. My knees are swollen, and in pain from exercising. I was told the bike is better on my knees, than walking, Swimming would be best, but I can't afford the Y, or a gym with a pool, so I'll just stick to the bike, for now. Believe me, I know exactly what you mean. People push the exercise, but it's just not me. I sometimes try to dance a little around the house while I clean it, but my knees do not like that. Not worth the pain and swelling!

    Excess skin

I'm only half way to my weight loss goal, but my arms are so saggy! My arms hang so low. It's horrible. I have only one breast, due to breast cancer mastectomy, but my one existing breast is very saggy! It's hanging almost down to my belly button! I don't have money for plastic surgery, so I'll have to live with this. It's not attractive, but I know I'll be healthier without all that weight. Don't even want to discuss my hair loss! I'm turning into a saggy, wrinkled, bald headed, 58 yr old woman, that is no longer obese! LOL That's me.

    Help I'm hungry!

I'm 58, my surgery was 12/2/15. I was not hungry in the first few weeks, but I'm very hungry now! I can tell the difference between physical hunger and psychological hunger. I need to eat something every 2-3 hours. As soon as I have a piece of cheese, or spoonful of Peanut Butter, yogurt, etc., I feel so much better, and I can make it to my next meal. I feel like I never had surgery. I do not get very full, so I have to be careful not to eat too much. I usually weigh my Proteins. I don't go over 4 oz of Protein per meal. I do add in some veggies, but not much. No carbs. No fruits. Just proteins! I can't always get in my 64 oz of Water, (which I believe is too much, I like 56 oz). It's like I'm on a regular low-fat, low-calorie, no carb diet just like everybody else out there. Sweets do not bother me. So many people complain they vomit, or get upset stomachs. Nothing bothers me, unless I eat too fast, which I tend to do almost every day. I just can't seem to break that bad habit. Now I'm on a plateau for 3 weeks! I heard it's normal, but I don't like it, lol! I hope my weight lost starts up again, soon.
