I've been using GENEPRO and I love it. I mix it into coffee, Soups, puddings, juices. So versatile. I'm from Canada and I started ordering it off GNC.com. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Musclegen GENEPRO is awesome!! 30g of Protein in one very small scoop. I add it to all kinds of things and can barely taste it. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

Must decide ASAP if I am going to tell my mom or not!
Bomberchick replied to Annie_Oakley's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I had my surgery in December and still haven't told my mom. She lives about 7 hours away and I will be seeing her in May, so I will tell her before I go to visit. My reason to not tell her before surgery was that I knew she would worry herself sick. But I know that once she sees me and sees how much better I look and feel, she'll be ok with it. I come from a Polish family, so food is a huge part of our get togethers, so I know she'll be a little horrified at how little I'm able to eat now, but she'll get used to it. It's simply my new normal. Good luck to you! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
Constipation is very common for us. I take a probiotic twice daily and I take a dose of Metamucil every morning. They seem to help a lot. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

She made me very angry also. I wanted to reach through the tv and slap her. She had been given such an opportunity and she wasted it and blamed everyone else but herself for her failure. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
I added Crystal Light, Mio, or Kool Aid liquid to the Isopure. They made them much easier to drink. Good luck....it's not easy but it's worth it!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
