I have been researching for a while about taking this tool (sleeve) to another level by incorporating a positive lifestyle change due to the fact that I rarely eat meats or consume any animal products. I'm having feeling of disgust towards myself for not being able to overcome these constant head hungers. When I was a child sometimes we didn't have enough food and I always told myself I would never put myself in that situation again.
