New here, not to weight loss surgery. 5 years ago, I had a Realize band installed and all went well. I lost 65lbs and enjoyed the difference I felt. I held most of the weight off until 2015 and then something happened. I began gaining weight and had serious reflux that I couldn't get under control. Several tests later, scar tissue was reported and referred to Dr. Chung. 1st visit and he removed 6cc from the band and no more reflux!! In 3 months, I have gained back up to 308lbs and have gall bladder pains. I am now scheduled for revision to sleeve and gall bladder removal on March 4th. I am now on liquid diet and anxious to have this surgery done. I will update as my story continues.......
