I'm with you...March 23rd surgery so I just hit 4 weeks yesterday...and I'm stuck at 14 lbs. My body has never wanted to let go of weight and I guess that's just continuing. I'm eating about 600-800 calories a day and sticking to what I'm supposed to be doing. Need to get moving more I guess but I'm just exhausted. We will get there!!! -
Mine is in 2 weeks and I feel the same way! Starting the pre-op diet today made it very real. I know it's the best choice for my health but it is scary!
