  1. For me to lose weight pre-op and not have to worry about food, my doc put me on 3 protein shakes a day and a lean protein dinner. My cal intake is 900-1200 a day. 600 seems extreme, but if that is what they said then you should stick to it. Again, not attacking. Just seems odd, but everyone is different and I would be consumed by what I ate at that level. I think journaling and planning is the best way to go for anything. Good luck.
  2. congrats on the weight loss. I went to a derm to get labs done. I have hereditary alopecia so I'm scared to lose anymore. Read that some people take collagen pills. Might have to look into that. Good luck with yours and keep up the good work!

  5. I'm so worried about this cause I'm already thinning out due to alopecia. If anyone knows how to prevent this, please let me know. I don't want to be bald.

anyone else set for June 22nd?

June 22 here. Yesterday I couldn't wait to get this started and now that it's set I'm starting to get nervous. I need to stop over thinking this and remind myself of why I'm doing this. I have a feeling that this is going to be a tough journey, but I'm glad I found this app to help me get through it.
