I'm 6 days post op and finally back at work. I'm feeling good and not hungry at all so far. My worries have now shifted to being one with a low beginning bmi amd being a slow loser. I know it shouldn't matter as long as it comes off eventually but I want to see fast loss too like others I've watched. My highest weight was 206 surgery weight 193 current weight is 186

I've had trouble communicating with Dr woodmans office. I leave messages and they don't call back. They submitted my paperwork Feb 16th without my sleep study report and my insurance was going to deny my Auth due to the fact thst y BP is controlled with meds. I have sent my sleep study report to Dr woodmans office 3 times and they still haven't refiled with my insurance. I left a message 2 days ago with them and still no call back. There's no way I can self pay. It's way too much $$$ I pray my insurance approves with the sleep study. My bmi is 37.1 high BP and mild sleep apnea on a cpap due to my o2 levels dropping to 89 while sleeping. I have UHC community plan. Any advise would be appreciated

That's great news for you. Congrats! Hopefully I will hear good news next week once my surgeon resubmits with my sleep study report. I really don't want to go to Mexico unless I have no other option.

What is your BMI? I'm just curious...what if you gained a little weight? Would you BMI be over 40 then? My BMI is 37.1 I would have to gain 16 lbs to be a 40 and I don't want to do that at all
