Am wondering if am doing my two week liquid diet right I have a Protein shake for Breakfast a Protein Shake for lunch and a small meal for dinner but I wonder if that's enough to shrink my liver am doing everything the doctor says but am just nervous that is not enough I stopped eating bread and sugar and drinking soda is that enough or do I need to do more Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I got my surgery date it is April 5 I am nervous about the liquid diet that I have to go on for two weeks but I no it going to be challenging but it's going to be worth it when it all over I go on my liquid diet on march 21 any advice that you can give would really help thanks Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

When you go to the Bariatrics doc and you keep gaining weight is that bad and what will they do to you will they cancel your surgery

The reason am doing it is to be around for my little girl she means the world to me and I want to see her grow up and Live a long healthy life for her -
I take med and am wondering if that gonna affect me after surgery if I can still take my meds after surgery I take 7 in the morning and 7 at night time

I started working out again dose it matter. If am lifting weights or should I just be walking before my surgery or just keep doing what am doing

I have surgery scheduled in about a month, and find myself eating like crazy. Has anyone else done this? I've been told I have to do 2 weeks liquid diet soon and am feeling nervous about it.
