    Use an anti-bacterial soap. I use Dial gold anti-Bacterial soap bar, for all my rolls and it works perfect. FYI I live in the Desert, Palmdale California, known for triple digit weather and dry heat. Best wishes;) Also, I used it after having a C-section, I was sent home with staples because of my overlapping belly. I never got a infection.
