HI fabulous losers! My journey started back in April 2013 when I was handed pictures of me from my 2 yr anniversary shindig. I was mortified! I was at 270+# which was 40# more than what I was pregnant! I began working out, eating healthy, and using MFP, and by July 2013 I got down to 230. I started a new job, and slacked :( I had my physical July 2014 and managed to lose another 10# without trying. I got motivated again and by December 2014 I got down to 194!! I had some personal traumatic issues happen, and by June 2015 I was back up to 230. I began my 6 month supervised weight loss then as well. January 2016 I began an 8 wk WL challenge that was based on percentages, beginning weight was 223.6... I won 1st place and lost 28lbs!! :) I just found out that I was approved and scheduled for surgery 3/29/16. I have decided to go through with the surgery bc I have pcos and if I don't live at the gym and slip AT ALL on my diet, I pack on weight FAST! I'm only 26 and take 16 pills a day, and I'm ready to finish my journey so I can be a better mother, wife... A better me that will make the outside match my inside. There are so many things I want to do with my family and we end up doing none of them bc I'm so worried about ppl judging me with disgust and I'm tired of that insecurity! As an emotional eater with severe anxiety, insomnia, high cholesterol & bp, I NEED this! My problem isn't with physical activity at all. Once I can no longer stuff my face bc I physically can't, I will be UNSTOPPABLE!!!!
