Hi and thank you Allie. I appreciate it. We are the same height with same goal weight! I saw that your fantasy weight is 135. I am 149 and people swear I'm like 130Lbs but it's my height so when u get to 150 see how you feel and look because you may look fabulous and have no need to get smaller.

Thank you girl! I just hit the floor running as soon as I was cleared for exercise i bought an elliptical and wore it out and I did every ab exercise I could. Stayed with my protein intake and water and this is what I got . But honestly I been at like 154-156 for like 2 months so since like July I have been in the 150's.

Thank u hun!!!! I do a lot of ab exercises n I used to do a lot of cardio but I been slacking gotta do better. N no I don't have much loose skin , but I do have a little on my arms . It's tolerable tho and not as much as I had when I first started to lose weight.

His team was awesome !!!!! If you go back anytime soon, show him my pics please. I was an ouynof town patient so I wasn't able to do in person follow ips. But I still stayed with the plan and it has worked!

Hello fam, just a Lil update on my life . 7 months post op. I was sleeved Dec 5. I am officially divorced now. I am happy n really enjoying me in this new bod. The surgery wasn't the reason for my divorce ,my husband was a caterer cheater , lol. But the surgery made him feel that now I was a threat in the marriage because I was getting attention . But it was his insecurities n lied that kept him from appreciating the woman he had. So , hell with him, I'm single as a dollar bill now. I am 7 mos post op and down 90 lbs ( 89.7 to be exact). I weigh 153 lbs and I am 5'7. I now wear a size 4 in women's clothing and even fit into size 2 Vera wang dress today, NSV for me. My surgeon set my goal at 150 lbI feel so good about the choice I made to have this surgery and I would do it 10 more time if I had to. Enjoy the pics and good lock to everyone .

Lol, my earrings weren't that heavy...n thank you. I feel I do need counseling and I plan on getting it sooner than later.

Also just FYI ELYSIADEE, I started out at 242 lbs .,. So you can do this girl and you will rock it as well. Stay encouraged.

Not shabby at all ... you are kicking butt. When I was in the 190's , my weight would not budge for like 3-4 weeks but my waist was getting smaller and so were my thighs and abdomen . Then, boo all of a sudden 184... then stayed there a couple weeks then I flew through 170's and onto 160's and I stalled for a month , then I went into 150's so the stalls are part of it but through all of my stall , I continued to lose inches . I am a 4 or 6 in women's clothing depends on the cut. I never imagined being this small .. in high school I was a size 8 so I'm really little but I am healthy andso much more happier now. I truly thank God.

I'm sorry you are going thru this turmoil. I know the stress alone is a killer but stay focused, eat and don't skip meals, exercise and take your vitamins. You will do awesome. N who needs him anyway.... telling you if you choose life he's gone, well guess what , boy bye✌🏽.

Hi Seeetie and thank you!!!! God has seen me thru this trivial journey and has never let me down. I trust and lean on him for everything. I owe him everything. I am loving my new life and so happy that I was finally brave enough to leave and mean it.
