Thank you all so much. I plan to post 1 month surgiversary pics. So stay tuned!!!! I thank everyone of you that's given me a supportive and/ or encouraging post. This forum is full of awesome beings. Yay for us all for being brave enough to take control over our health and life. ????????

You look great... 2montgs is a sort time. What have you done to get such great results? What were your beginning stats and your weight now?

@ ambernoel... they told me that I would lose slower as well but at my first appointment they said from one week before surgery I was 226 and preop I was 219 I am now 200.2 sand my dicess amazed. She said I am doing great so at some point it may slow down ( actually I have been at same weigh for 4 days) because my body has to play catch up but don't be discouraged at all.

Everything purée gets stuck with me or comes up.... I am trying my best but it's hard to get the stuff down. I am forced to get full liquids again

I'm 3 weeks out n I haven't lost anything in days..stuck at 200... starting weight 244 and surgery wt 219.8 current weight 200.2... I'm stuck here for last 4 days... bummer... but I know my body is playing catch up

Glad to hear you are doing better@ sunsetsue... on the other hand, I ate 1 scrambled egg for first time last night. OMG IT TASTED LIKE A STEAK. However, my sleeve went into a violent uproar and up it came. I was like noooo. So back to Greek yogurt I go. I hope this will pass because I like eggs but my new baby stomach has said no

I know this may sound silly to some. But I love my butt. I know she and I have to part ways after surgery somewhat ???? But I'm trying to keep some of her with me always. Squats improve this chance of having a nice bottom so I'm trying to figure out how long before one can do squats considering squats aren't a strenuous exercise. I know I'm gonna have to ask the doctor but I'm just wondering if my sleeve buddies out there can help me figure this one out.

Yaasssss Girl!!! I ordered one the other day so it should be here within a week or so ... so right in time for my 4 week appt.

See that's great...,that's all I want to do, lol. But my appt is Wednesday and I will def let you all know what my doc says.
