Plain Greek yogurt protein infused is good. Dannon Oikos......but water and shake still more difficult

So the pain is ok....worse in the am. But I continue to feel pressure in the epigastric region after I swallow something it alleviates after a few seconds. Small sips of water is still a little difficult. But Sugar free slurpies......are great. I eat it with a spoon. And it's easy to get down. My youngest son brought me one yesterday since I was having such a difficult time.

http://www.wnho.net/pseudotumor_cerebri.htm My neuro opthamologist bans all artificial sugars. I see her through the research eye clinic at UW Madison. I see Dr.Mudambi he is a Neuro Opthamologist in Seattle. I guess every Dr. gives a little diffrent advice and precautions. But good luck on your surgery. 2/23/16 is my day also Sent from my SM-G900T using the BariatricPal App -

I have pseudo tumor cerbri also and also take Topamax, I was never told to abstain from artificial sweeteners that's different, but I am on the pre-op liver shrinking diet and yes its very limited, the cravings are a lot at the beginning, so bad to the point of a potato chip bag crinkle can may you instantly enraged, but I am on day 3 and the cravings are going away slowly. I still want it, but I want the surgery more. So if you can get past the first 72-96 hours your good as gold. I have 10 days till surgery and am excited, nervous and awaiting the new me. You can do it. If I can anyone can.
