I bought the double chocolate mint ones. I don't eat them very often but they don't taste bad for a Protein bar. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I did over 5 minutes on the elliptical. This may not seem big for many but I had only used the elliptical one other time since I joined the gym and barely made it to 3 minutes. Tonight I decided to give it another try and actually did over 6 minutes. It was much easier this time. So happy! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I would just focus on getting the amount of Protein and Water in that you are supposed to have daily. The number of calories can vary from person to person and doctor to doctor. I am 7 weeks out and my PA told me at my one month post op that she wanted me between 1200-1400. In my opinion that is to much right now. I just focus more on getting at least 70 g of protein and trying to get in my 64 oz. of water. I also log my food using the Baritastic app. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

It sounds like you just hit a stall give it a week to week and a half. Also up your protein. I was told to get between 70-100 g of protein a day. The scale will start moving again soon enough. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

My surgeon sends all his patients home with them. He told us to wear them for the first month every night. It is just an extra precaution they do so his patients don't experience blood clots due to dvt. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
Thanks guys. I try to get my Protein from reg foods as I can eat anything now per my doc but I have trouble still getting in the required protein. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
