Thank you for these honest opinions! Keep them coming. Im trying different protein intakes and water I've have gotten better. I'm not eating these things all day or for every meal. The cheetos was a one time thing I was curious. I posted this to be real I'm sure other people have tried it. Thank you for the goal set ideal that's logical. Also my NUT said that I could have broccoli etc as long as it was soft and after protein.
