22 days out cleared for real food eaten correctly. any good ideas.

I have found jack links jerky to help a lot with protein. just a few more like that would help. the meat and cheese off mac doubles is ok. tomato and onion even better.

I have found I get just as hungry or the feeling even at night watching tv every 2 hours or so. retired and used to staying up late. thoughts?

thanks livvsmum, everytime I read a post that pertains to me seems like you say what I was wondering about. still in my 15th day I do what i have to do but no extra for walking yet. have lost 20 lbs had hoped to get energy sooner.

Pepcid ac is no help did call ,that's what he told me to use, see him tomorrow, this makes a bad day when every thing else went so well. 160 sugar, from 239 in 7 days, 15 pds. lost. happy but bu t burn and nauseous. thx.

don't know if its gas pain or stomach burn with me but it got me this morning. doc said use pep cid ac but doesn't kill it. see him on Monday. try some gas x. helped me some

no problem with moving in my family. go to 90 y. old mother and disabled son. keep walking even if its just to mailbox and back. keeping our head up is the first weeks challenge. later hoot.

5 days out have done great except for burn. called surgeon put me on Pepcid chewable seems better. all food looks good but really something diff. thanx. hootowl

had it two days ago. my stomach burns until I put broth or something into it, is this normal ? italways burned when I got up before I ate before surgery. are hunger pains burning sensations.

ty but not pain, it eases up and goes away when I eat a liguid like broth. gonna give it a few days to see. only use p med. to see if it would ease up. wanted to know if anyone else had a burning unless they ate. ty didn't mean painful.

got it done. went home the next evening. cant tell if this burning in my stomach is pain or hunger. delaudid helps it, but jello helps too for a smaller amount of time. if you know from experience please reply.

I want a permanent win this time. I got down twice to 220 during 2 divorces but couldn't stay. a lot of us don't even know how good we really look. livvsmum is pretty but who would know without this procedure. I hope more don't listen to the bad half of the population who run this down. to many hear of one person having a problem and forget about the 99.9 who didn't. thanks for backing me.
