Wow how selfish of him. I am so sorry for you! If you want him I say counseling like others, if not be encouraged you can try again and know that this could be a potential issue to deal with next time before you get too involved. I am really sorry you have to deal with this crap!!

How about a more natural way of getting to sleep. Like many melatonin if you need to take something or maybe just working out really hard? I'm sure you've tried all this I just wondering why is left for you to try.

How much did you lose the first month?

I lost about 40 the first month. Of course I am a guy who started at 411, so my BMR was huge and I ate nothing. Keep going it comes off. I am now 8 months + and over 100 down. The holidays were rough but I am losing again. You can do this!! Protein and water! -
hey Kathy. I saw your post and I am reading through but I was wondering if you have been checked for sleep apnea? I sleep so amazingly better after I got cpap machine it is a night and day difference. I hope you figure it out quickly!
