    Ok. I'm 8.5 mo and have stalled since 12/3 so I was wondering I think I've trying for 1200 but bites and nibbles have snuck back in so I think I've been higher .. I also hit the gym 4-5 nights burn 400+ on cardio

    Help! 8 mo post op and been up and down between 207-203 since 12/3.. How much should I be eating? Go to the gym 4-5 nights burn 350+ cal on the cardio machines and I do some strength training.. I need to break this stall!
