Hi Grandma26--Hope I didn't get to this too late. Dr. Ewing is very "poker face"...he's not particularly warm, but he's good at what he does. He will be to the point with you and will answer all of your questions. I had mine done in an outpatient facility and the staff there were great. I remember being a little confused at first, but after meeting with the nurse about my diet i felt great.
