Looking for people in the Annapolis area. I would love to start a group where we could meet each week. Let me know if anyone is interested.

I've gone back and I'm so tired! I definitely have had trouble drinking all my water. I ate a couple bites of chocolate cake and then got so upset with myself. What the hell is wrong with me? I'm having a lot of pain in my stomach and feel so nauseous all the time. Any advice?

I'm going back to work tomorrow and I'm nervous about keeping up with my fluids and eating. I've been home for 4 weeks and it's hard to get it all in here. Having some anxiety about it. I'm an event planner and don't have a "sit at my desk" job. I hope I'm ready for this.

Thanks for the support! We got a 4 hour snow delay today so I won't be going back until tomorrow. I think the universe wants me to stay home - lol. I'm really glad to have this forum to read all the info.

Thanks! I'll have to try that. Amazing that you went back so fast. I really needed this time. Hope all is well with you.

Keeping your surgery a secret - is it possible?
llooft replied to Lydia PR's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
My plan was to only tell a few close friends. They were not supportive at all. One friend said I was going to die! I felt the need to tell my boss. A week post op - I put it out there on FB. I have also shared my struggles on FB. I'm amazed at the support and positive comments putting it out there has brought. I'm about 4 weeks out and have lost 28 lbs. I'm excited for my future. It has been interesting to see who the support has come from. Good luck all!! -
Thank you! I feel a little frustrated. I am struggling to get 4 shakes in a day. I am drinking my water but not moving a lot. I know I need to get moving but I'm so tired. Thank you for your response. I'm happy I did this and need to keep positive!

I'm 3 weeks out of surgery and have only lost 16lbs. Is that normal?
