In May of 2015 I was diagnosed with Gastroparesis. It literally means that my stomach is paralyzed. It takes a really long time to digest foods, and often I am in pain or can not eat at all. The foods that I can for sure seem to handle is starchy foods, and we all know what that means. The main reason for me getting the gastric sleeve is in hopes of curing my Gastroparesis (I have a 50/50 chance) as well as loose weight and just be healthy overall.
