Hey sleevers.. I'm curious for feedback from you. Did any of you have GERD or heartburn? before surgery? Did it get worse or better? What about those without it? Heartburn has gotten worse the larger I've gotten, and so I'm hopeful that as my stomach has more room in its quarters that my heartburn will improve. Thoughts? Eating less so less pressure internally. As well, I'm eating different, healthier food. That makes a difference. It is a fact that sleevers are more prone to gerd, however, I've been so blessed! I'm 5'4 260 pounds in have no obesity comorbidities like high blood pressure or diabetes yet thanks to my lord I want to get the vertical sleeve done i can't wrap my head around gastric bypass... but also gastric bypass is the gold standard. .. dont know I don't think I need something so drastic. ..
