    Im in the same same boat I lost 27 pounds in 3 weeks and now my scale is not budging I read up on it apparently it's normal to see a stall around this time. If anyone has any stall busters please let me know

    I'm a little concerned about meds. I'm a hard pill taker as it is. And by having to take pills with a swig of water idk if I can do that. Do you guys know if they offer liquid? Getting sleeved in exactly one week from now ☺️
