I can't believe I start my two week liver diet this Friday (2/26)! 2 protein shakes 2 protein snacks and a lean meat and veg for the first week and the second week is 5 shakes a day! Does anyone have any pointers on how to make it through it? Thanks

I have bcbs and they wouldn't cover the sips either. So I am going to ds as well. I go to BSNC
