      Sooo much fiber. Our stomachs can't break it down enough before they move it right through, causing pain and discomfort all the way down. I, too, learned the hard way. Hope you're feeling better!

      I made roasted carrots with nutritional yeast for dinner tonight. Maybe my sleeve didn't get the "painful fiber" memo. :)

      Anyway, PLEASE feel better, and don't hate carrots forever.
