I weighed 215 this morning. Thank you for your support. -
Mine has been slow too but like my doctor said today its a marathon not a sprint. Most who lose fast sadly gain it back. So I'm ok with slow:)

Unflavored Genepro saved my life and I still take it [emoji6]

Did anyone NOT have a miserable recovery?
rubia72 replied to ella37's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
My recovery was awful and if I wasn't morbidly obese I would not have done it. Make sure you continue to see your therapist and take your meds. Don't underestimate your relationship with food. Speak to your doctor. Take care, be strong. -
I can only say how genepro helped me. I went back 2 work 2 weeks after surgery and genepro saved my life because it was the only thing I could keep down and my blood pressure started to get better after I began to take this and I still take it.

When will I stop regretting this surgery?
rubia72 replied to LadyJustice007's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I don't regret it because I let myself go too far however I do not recommend the surgery. I recommend diet and exercise, which we have to do anyway[emoji6] However I may be biased due to a hiatal hernia repair which made me take longer to heal than most. I have suffered and still suffer, it has gotten better.
