I used it and it saved my life. I was down to only getting between 200 & 300 calories per day after surgery during weeks 4-6 and dangerously low blood pressure levels when I found gene pro from a vsg lady I follow on Instagram her name is vsgchelsea. I took it and felt better & was able to function at work,hope you find one that works for you.

Yes after surgery I wanted more but the doctor said NO so I put my big girl panties on, cried and then began a Motrin and Tylenol regimen [emoji6]

I believe it was at about week 2 that I had to drink a cup of coffee just to be able to make it through the work day. I'm a coffee addict so I didn't experience any problems [emoji6]

I had a family meeting with all my children,including one of my 5 kids on Skype in NY and I had them listen to the pre surgery emmi videos and then we spoke openly and honestly [emoji7]

Bread makes me sick I love it too but it expands in my stomach and it hurts so I stay away from it but I can take a small bite and that's it[emoji19]
