My doctor told me a minimun of 1000-1200 calories and 70-100grams of protein. Its hard to get that much in but my weight loss has significantly picked up since I did. -

Pretty much the same for me. Sleeved on Feb. 12th. I am 33 lbs. Down and havent lost any this week either. -

The bariatric store on this website has a great pre digested protein shot with 26 grams of protein in about 2 oz. Its called P2go - ProteinEx. It tastes like strawberry jello. It has been my saving grace! -
Less than 2 weeks out and not losing weight

I lost weight pretty quick in the first week, I am one month out and since that first I have only lost 4 more pounds. I am beginning to worry also. I just keep doing what I am supposed to do and hope my body catches up!! -
