My name is Miranda.  I found bariatricpal while searching for protein shots for my post op preparedness.   I am scheduled for the Sleeve this Friday, Feb. 12th, 2016. I am currently on the pre-op diet and just saying its kinda gross.  Totally understanding why they do this first.  I hate food right now.  So I guess that's a good way to shed the addictive food behaviors once and for all before going in to the OR. Can't wait to see what's in store for the next few weeks, months or year.  I plan on making the best of it!
