Hey all I am just looking for a buddy I can learn from and see the progress and everything we can compare stories and pictures. I have seen some post with people about the same weight and goal weight but they were a lot taller so their bodies looked a lot different...

Hey friends, It has been a while since I showed up on here. I was taking a break and trying to figure everything out.. So I am haveing so many problems. I am having a really hard time drinking Water, and eating good carbs, I am not much of a fresh vegetable fan, I really like a lot of canned veggies. well anyways I am 6 weeks post op and am down 30lbs. I really want to keep this going. I am at 271 I still have a lot to lose, I am feeling discouraged. so if you guys can figure out what I can do.. The one thing I am doing well is staying away from bread, Pasta, potatoes, rice etc. Morning: Protien shake, 1 cup coffee Lunch: lettuce wrap sandwich Dinner: Ground Beef, Mushroom Soup, canned green Beans. 1 glass tea. Less than 32 oz of water HELP

I am starving and all i can think about is taco bell. AGAIN I am ruining myself. why in the world doesnt the sleeve just make you stop craving crap they need a drug for it or something. but Yeah I am going to taco bell having pintos and cheese maybe a taco and a couple of potatoes... I wish I could control myself.

@@AnA92212 I keep looking at your progress and I know that you did it so I can do it. It looks like we were kind of close to the same sizes. I am a little shorter than you and heavier. But you all did this so I can do it... Thank you for the motivation I just started walking this week and I am down 2 more lbs but I have not yet measured. will start that this weekend.. Thank You Again. Cant wait.

I am not from there but I had my surgery there. Who was your Dr?

Congrats everyone! I have to say that I am invious of all off you. minus the sweet tooth.. I am down 30 my surgery was 1/22/16 I have been at 271 for 2 weeks now. I am trying to drink more Water and more protien. I don't feel like I am eating anything wrong.. I havnt had any sweets just adding stevia to my 1 cup of coffee in am. and 1 cup iced tea p.m. I feel stuck and just want to lose and lose and lose. I want to be in the 100s by my 30th birthday (11/28) I know that is a lot but I have this tool and I feel like it is not helping me besides. Making me eat and drink water. What to do What to do???

You guys are so right. I am really happy with 30 lbs I just feel like I could be doing better. but since I have to make myself eat and drink, I am a litte scared to even try to start working out.. I love the advice thank you so much I will be working on these things.

Now that I am eating solid/soft food I am having a hard time telling when I am full, and also a hard to stopping when i think I might be... Does anybody have ways that helped them.. Measuring Cups ETC.

Thank You every body I greatly appreciate your comments and advice.. I will stay off for a little while and make sure I get all my fluids and Protein for the day...

Hey everybody, I am almost 2 weeks post op and the beginning I lost 11 lbs and now I havnt lost anything? I was wondering what stalls the progress? Is it not enough water and protien? So far that has been my struggles. This concerns me because soon I will be able to eat real food so does that mean I am not going to lose weight.. Like I have seen most of you make it to like a month with 50lbs weight loss What Gives??? Any advice Please help

Ever since I got home from the surgery I have been thinking about what I wanted for my first meal Eating Solid FOOD. its only 3 nights away... YAY. I think I am going to have something with taco meat... hahaha
