    2/17 in Michigan HFBeen on pre-op.. today's my birthday. Celebration was 1.5 cups scrambled eggs, a few slices of banana. Tonight celebration will consist of Sugar free Jello with friends and family.. Excited and scared

    I am hoping for 1 pound a day. Nurse orginally told me I needed to lose 5#s, today 2 days in I lost 3#, and now says I need to lose 10 more, or I will be canceled. I think I pissed off nurse when I did not arrive 30 minutes early for an appointment
