Stalls are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the process of losing weight. None of us lose at a constant or steady rate. We all stall periodically and almost everyone experiences a stall about three weeks after surgery. Just follow your program. Focus on getting in all of your Protein and fluids. Avoid starches and added sugars. Take your Vitamins and supplements as directed. Exercise when cleared. Stay off the scale of you are going to let it drive you crazy. And, Embrace the Stall!http://BariatricPal.com/index.php?/topic/351046-Embrace-the-Stall l Thank you!!!!!! Your advice is so helpful and encouraging!!! I am following the program to the letter and quite proud of myself, I walked further than I ever thought possible today!!!! PS how do we get our ticker to post??tx

I tried decaf..it ain't happening LOL !! I still get tired, I also have an autoimmune disease... Fortunately I am retired. My daughter needed a full 2 weeks or so to go back to work when she had it... What soups do you use????
