I'm on day 6th of my 15 days pre-op diet. My diet consists of 5 protein shakes, recommended by the doctor, one serving of starch, vegetables and fruit a day and water, Popsicles, etc. I was very anxious and thought it was going to be harder but I haven't cheated even though I've had to cook for my family. My surgery is on 3/8 and hopefully will be on the losers bench afterwards.
