    Really I was told my by options class given by Kasier that under no circumstances that we were to drink alcohol. Plus my weight loss is more important than a glass of wine.

    Hi everyone, I had my sleeve procedure done on Monday February 15, 2016 and discharged from the hospital last night. So far I am feeling great I just need to increase my water intake.
