The Appalachian Trail off of highway 7 by Snickerville Pike. It is an awesome and quite rugged trail. Lots of up and down steep hills with boulers and rocks. We crossed two little streams which was fun for us - well except for Sandy who did not want to get her little paws wet! My dogs are still tired!

CEO's rely on CFO's and their finance/accounting teams. My CEO briefly looks at the books - I am the one who is doing the work. A secretary is not qualified to do what I do - thankfully since I have spent many years in school and many dollars on tuition! hahahaha

PJTP: My calves and thighs are so sore from the hike yesterday! I think I will just do the elliptical today! :thumbup:

She was shaking her head so I wasnt sure what was wrong. Then I saw the yellow jacket stinging her - I had to call my husband over to help since I am allergic. I was so afraid her face would swell but thankfully she was ok. I do not know what I would done if she had a reaction and I was a mile up the trail. She is such a sweet dog - she is my little sweetheart. <3

It is so hard for me to beleive that kids are not learning cursive. That is so sad. I am happy that I got my girls through school and out of the house. I do not envy you all still going through the school issues! PJTP: I just came home from a LONG hike on the appalachian trail. It was fun although very hilly! I am soooo tired! My little Sheltie got stung on her face by a yellow jacket. I felt so bad for her! My husband and I are just getting up from a little nap - the dogs still want to stay in their little beds. I slice and roast the zucchini with a little olive oil and spices. Then add the roasted zucchini in the place of the noodles. I use my own homemade spaghetti sauce with hot Italian sausage plus smoked fontina cheese, mozzarella, provolone and Romano along with cottage or ricotta. Bake until everything is hot and bubbly. Just remember that the zucchini has a lot of liquid so do not use as much sauce as you normally would.

PJTP: I made zucchini lasagna - it was OMGWTF you have got to be kidding me... Good!!!

I am alive and well! Just really busy with the kids, school and work. :sneaky:) I did want to post about a new suppliment I found at Costco. I cannot take fish oil pills because they are do large - I found MegaRed - krill oil tablets that are supposed to be 3 times better than the fish oil. The best part is that the tablets are small!! I thought I would mention them in case anyone on here had to stop taking fish oil like I did. :sad: Fanny Adams!! That is great!! Woohoo!!

Hi Everyone! It's Friday - I took the day off and just sat around all day watching Judge Judy, Project Runway and Ruby in my Jammies. I hope everyone is doing well! I know I do not get on here as much as I used to - that darn Facebook! :sneaky: I am going to try and do better!

I have a lap band right now and am doing pretty well. I am looking into the sleeve in case my band stops working! I am interested in learning all I can about the sleeve from all of you!.

You gotta lose what you feel comfortable with - I still have to lose about 44 pounds. My husband also thinks that will be to much but it is still my goal. I just want to be a skinny bitch! hahahaha

Awww, thank you! That is nice to hear that my journey may help someone else! In the beginning where you are please do not focus on losing right away - focus on letting your surgery sites heal. This is your main function during the first 6 weeks or so. You will lose the weight - just make the best food choices and the most important part is get moving. This has been the key for me! Hang in there and hope to see less of you this time next year! :rolleyes2:

I TOTALLY agree! I LOVE this office and all the people who work there. They make getting stuck with a needle fun!! I feel like I am going to see members of my family when I arrive! I just could not be more pleased! THIS is the place to get your life back through weight loss!
