Yes, it happened to me. A brother in law posted about killing me on the internet. He posted terrible things about me based solely on my weight. This is the reason I use Miss Piggy as my online picture. I figured if he was going to post that I was a big fat pig then I should at least pick what kind of pig I wanted to be! lol

This is a very scary and real phenomenon! I know of 4 people in the last couple of years that have been a victim of this type of behaviors to varying extents. I was actually a victim and it is terrifying! Many people think that this only happens with children but sadly adults take part as well. I found this paragraph especially interesting - If you are active in the blogosphere, be very wary of any people who are wrapped up in “online drama” or associated with anything regarding “drama” (unless it's of the theater-type). These people will often turn on their own if you choose to not be a part of their circle. They are often just groups of cyberbullies, and if they decide that you have done something against them, you will become their new target.

Wow! I am sorry you have been ill! I would be worried with the steroids as well! Try not to think about it and just get better - even if you gain a little it should come off quickly as you recover! I am glad your Dr. is being aggresive with your treatments! {{{hugs}}}

I am not feeling very well. Hopefully with some rest I can be good for my trip tomorrow. It was 109 in Phoenix yesterday! This morning it was 49 here in the DC Metro area!

I am doing great! So far so good here - it appears quiet and calm. I am pretty sure I am probably in the same boat now. We can take turns rowing! lol Yes, I have that type of job. I never know what I am going to get from day to day. It can really get on my nerves.

I bet you are right! I am going with an open mind and heart. I am really looking forward to seeing my husbands daughters. I do not have a thing against his ex - she has always been nice to me anytime we have been at the same events. I met my husband years after they split. Also - thank you for my picture comment. I cropped those two pics together because sometime I forget how far I have come in my wl struggle.

I have been at a stall for a few months now. I need to up the exercise! I go through spurts of no/low motivation. I joined a gym closer to my house so hopefully I can kick my self in the rear to get going again! :smile2:

I am about to schedule my lap band procedure and hope to have it next month some time! I do have a lot of weight to lose and have worries that I can do it with the lap band. I am so happy to see that there are quite a few people who have successfully lost 100+ pounds. It appears like most of the weight loss occurs in the first 6 months. Is this typical?

Hi Everyone! I would love to have PS but sadly it is so expensive I do not think it will be happening anytime soon. I still have about 40 pounds I would like to lose.

I hope we can move on - so very sad. PJTP: I am leaving on Wednesday for Phoenix. It may be a VERY odd trip. My step daughter is having a baby shower on Friday. My husbands ex - sent me a plane ticket to attend. All three of my step daughters will be attending the shower. I am not sure how two of them feel about me - why on earth the ex would send me a plane ticket - very nervous about the whole trip - but also excited to see the middle step daughter who I adore. Oh and it is a surprise so my step daughter does not know I will be attending.

Hey Chicka! I am watching Greys Anatomy tonight! So happy it is back on! My daughter is almost done with the flu. She was really sick for a few days - thank god for tamiflu!! We are the same age Ebony! :mad:

She is in Texas. I sent an email to her father but have heard nothing back from him. She has a band so I am thankful she has not been vomiting. She just got home from the ER - she had a 103.5 temp. She feels terrible. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers.
