CHANTILLY, Va.—U.S. Customs officials at Dulles International Airport discovered the charred carcasses of three monkeys in the luggage of a traveler arriving from Central Africa. The monkeys have been confiscated are being examined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Customs spokesman Steve Sapp said a trained dog alerted authorities to the man's bag on Friday. The luggage also contained deer meat and dried beef, which has been destroyed. Sapp said it's not unusual for foreign visitors to bring exotic foods to the U.S., but he says the discoveries were "a first." After the confiscations, the man was allowed to enter the U.S. The monkey carcasses were inadmissible under U.S. law. Monkeys can transfer infectious diseases to people.

I finally posted some pictures in my album. My before pic makes me sick! I cannot believe I was that big! I have a long way to go to be in a healthy wight range but have come far from the beginning.

I wanted to tell everyone that on fb I do not share about my band. I have only told a few people about it. I post about diet and exercise but nothing about the actual band. Thanks!!

I took some today but I still feel so fat! I know in my heat that I have lost a lot of weight but my eyes still see yuck!! I am going to make a combo before/after pic and I will post it. I am going to force myself to post it!!

I just posted a before picture in my album. It was hard to look at really. I look and felt terrible! I am still obese but I have come a long way baby! I was at my highest weight in the pic - 280.

I totally understand. My first husband was a run around. Before he told me I said "It's Ok honey, whatever it is we will work it out." Well then when i found out he had had 7 one night stand/affairs I was in shocked disbelief. I tried for 10 years after that and I could not forgive or forget. It was miserable. For me it was a waste of time as eventually he left me and the kids for another women. I hope you can work things out. Divorce is hard on kids and I tried my best to avoid it although unsuccessfully. She has been hounding them on the phone so I guess they were tired of her! lol She is sick today but VERY VERY happy! I am thrilled for her. What a Christmas gift! I will be staying the night with her on the 26th. She is really scared about the surgery part but she will do fine.

I LOVE guinea pigs! They are so cute and cuddly!
