The smell of toast in the toaster would make me ill with all of my pregnancies. In fact I suspected I was pregnant just because someone was making toast and I thought I would be sick. Sure enough I was prego! It is so funny what bothers pregnant ladies!

PJTP: Good Morning All! It is cold here this morning but I am a happy camper since the scale went down a smidge! Yipee! Although I do not want to get into the fight I have to mention that since I know Beth in real life that she is a lovely person. She is beautiful and caring. I am almost finished with a quilt I am making for my friend who was recently diagnosed with cancer. I had his wife and children come over last weekend. I took impressions of their hand prints on fabric in metallic paints. I am combining the hand prints with family photos to make the front of the quilt. I bought fabric that has a pirates treasure map along with coordinating prints of gold coins and overflowing treasure chests. I am calling the quilt Eric's Treasure's. I hope to have it completed by his next round of chemo so he can take it with him. I will post a picture next week when I have it completed. I hope you all have a wonderful day!

PJTP: I am going out Christmas Caroling! Since I cannot carry a tune in a bucket it will serve as a horrible Christmas gift for my new neighbors!

Good Morning Skinny People!! I went for a walk with my doggies last night and actually jogged half way around the block!! It was not a fast jog or a jog very far but it was a JOG!!!

I am glad you are getting in to see your doctor! Hopefully a little unfill will do the trick! I actually seem to only lose during this time. It is so wierd! I will hold on to every ounce until halfway through my cycle! Then I lose all the wieght for the month! Just weird!

PJTP: I am considering going on the liquid diet with my daughter on Friday. Her lap band surgery is scheduled on 12/26.

I have often say that the people in charge of that type of packaging should be in charge of homeland security!

Welcome Back Tammi! I hope you hear from your doctors office soon! Your symptoms do not sound fun!! :shades_smile:

I generally do not eat before my fill. If it is in the afternoon I will stay on liquids before so that there is no food in the pouch. After the fill my doctor has me on liquids for two days and then mushies for two days followed by regular food. :smile2: I hope that helps!
