I am still at a stall. I will have a fill on Monday so maybe that will do the trick. Something has just gotta give!

Just got home from my two mile walk. I was very slow today as my shoulder is really hurting today. I hope to do 30 min on the elliptical later this evening.

I fell off the pouch test wagon. I made an appointment for a fill since I am SURE I need one! I will start again with the pouch test on Monday after my fill. :thumbup:

I did nothing yesterday. Today is a new day and I am off for a walk with the doggies.

She posted on facebook a few hours ago that she was awake and her bp was good.

I love walking with my GSD. She sure keeps any "strangers" on the trails far away from me! My Sheltie on the other hand just keeps crafty squirrels away. If it wasnt for her I am sure we would be overrun or at least that is what she thinks! lol I have to say that before I met my husband who LOVES GSD I was not a big fan. For some reason cops love GSD's! hehehehe Our newest GSD is a rescue. She is the typical velco GSD. She is winning me over more and more to the breed. We are training her at a Schutzhund club and it is a lot of fun. My two dogs were tired yesterday after the two mile hike but they LOVED it! It is a win win for me!

I accepted the owned request you sent and now I have guys fighting over me but I am not worth nearly what you are! hahahahaha I didn't know what the application was about and kept getting these notices about people owning me! It is kinda weird.

I am really going to work on drinking my protein shakes this year. I think I was so bored with the same ole stuff! I bought the Magic Bullet and some sugar free jello and pudding mixes. I had a peanut butter banana one last night and a carmel white chocolate this morning. They were REALLY good - so good it felt like a cheat!!

I just called and got an appointment for another fill on Monday. I need one soooooo bad!!

My doctor is also fine with moderate drinking with the same limitations you list. Thank the lord!! lol

I just finished my 30 min with the elliptical! I am so happy about my progress today. I will not be able to do this much tomorrow as I have to go to work. :confused:

PJTP: I finally bought a magic bullet. It is so cool! Beth- Your DD and DGD are so beautiful! I am so happy I got a chance to meet them. Maybe tomorrow the little one will be awake! :confused:

I just came back from a 2.2 mile walk with the doggies. It was cold but I didn't notice it after about 5 min of walking. I am going to attempt to do the elliptical a little later this evening. :Yawn:

I am getting ready for a walk with my german shepherd and her side kick the sheltie. I am going to take the gps and see how far I can go. It is pretty cold out so I will have to bundle up! Also planning on the 30 minute love fest with my elliptical and some Godsmack jams.

I was miss piggy last night as well. LOTS of chips and dip - spinach dip, pizza dip, sausage and cheese dip, salsa plus a few peanut butter blossom cookies. Oh and do not forget the little hot dogs wrapped in the cressant rolls! PLUS three glasses a red wine. I looked in the mirror this morning and gave myself the stink eye and stuck my tongue out for good measure!! I am going to kick my own a$$.
