believe me I want to let him have it but I have to be careful until after I get the support check. I would love to send him a long goodbye and good riddance email after that check clears. Seriously - He is such a man-hoe that just might happen. This is the man who I thought was the best thing since sliced bread when I met him at 20. Over our 20 years together he cheated on me, beat my kids, punched and beat my dogs and horse, put holes in the walls etc etc etc. I was an total idiot to stay with him for as long as I did. I kept thinking it would get better and had a huge fear of not being able to care for the kids on my own. He finally made the choice and ran off with his affair #8. He left when I was at the park with my little girls. Emptied out the bank acounts, closed the credit cards. He did leave me the kids and 67 bucks in change. I am so ashamed of that part of my life. He did me such a favor - I brushed myself off, moved in with my mom, enrolled in college and got a job. I really learned to put on my big girl pants and quick. I am so much better off now.

Ex- I have spoken with my lawyer again and, contrary to his advice, am sending you the full amount for Feb. Although I am confident that the court would find in my favor on this issue, it simply is not worth the emotional or monetary cost to justify me pursuing it. I just want this ugly and painful part of my life to be over with and behind me. What I simply can't understand is how you can't see the logic of the lower amount. If you had any other monetary transaction that was to end on the 8th would you expect to pay for the full month? I mean really, why can't you see that?? I really wanted to write him back and be a beeoch about the painful and ugly part of his life - child support! Good grief! I was good and will keep my mouth shut until after I get the payment and it clears.

Our order is from Colorado and it is until she is 19 years old. My attorney says he has to pay the full amount of support each month she is 18 at the beginning of the month. There is no order for any college help at all since they do not do that in Colorado. He is a pilot in the military. He makes well over 100k per year. He is just cheap. He tries to get out of helping wherever he can and has done so since the divorce.

Yes, he is ordered to pay me a certain amount on the 1st of each month. Feb. will be the last month he has to pay as my youngest will reach 19. ME - Please direct me to the child support statute that allows you to prorate child support. I cannot find where your authority lies. The trainer said I had 132 pounds lean muscle mass. That would change my entire goal weight as I certainly could not weigh 135 if 132 is the lean muscle. I wish I knew how he determinded that with just my wieght and measurements. He though I only needed to lose 35 more pounds. I am 5'2". What do you all think about that???

I have FINALLY arrived!!!! 199.1 this morning!! I am doing the happy dance!! Keep at it every one! I have to give my body a jolt of exercise to get it to let go of the final few pounds!! Yesterday I was still at 201 so I did 30 min. on the elliptical and added 15 min on the bike and 6 laps in the pool. I usually only do the elliptical.

Gym tonight - 30 min elliptical, 15 min bike. 6 laps in the pool.

Cubs Girl - I agree with Brandy that your friend should wait a little while before getting a fill. Woot!! Great weight loss skinny!! No wine??? Say is aint so!! But since it works for your weight loss it is a necessary evil. I have been doing ok. Down to 200.5 this morning. We to the gym Sunday, Tue. and Wed. this week. Two days did the elliptical for 30 or 45 minutes. Last night I took an hour long water aerobics class. Someday I hope to be in Onderland!! Good gravy my body is fighting me on leaving Twoville!!!

I am wondering if Onderland is in the 100's what do we call the two and three hundreds? I have a friend who is passing from the three hundreds to the two hundreds. Oh and I am still at 201 this morning. I am going to the gym now to get rid of that last part of the two's. :tongue2:

PJTP: If Onderland is the description of weights that are in the 100's range - what do you call the 200's and three hundreds? I know that there are names but cannot find them for the life of me.
