i am starting to really feel stressed, i feel like i am no longer losing and i am feeling no restriction, i had to have my port revised in april, i have had fill since then but i dont seem to be feeling any restriction at all. it is disapointing, what am i doing wrong

i am doing ok, but i suddenly feel really tired, and hot all the time, or then i am cold, i dont know if it is because i am not getting enough protein or not. does anyone know how to get in the 50 to 60 grams of protein in the 3 1/2 a cup meals? on the blended stage -
